About Tim Kelley Consulting

Tim Kelly Consulting offers a full range of Historic Preservation services. Led by principal Karin Sidwell, architectural historian, TKC helps property owners, architects, and developers navigate historical and environmental reviews. In addition to Historic Resource Evaluations, we conduct cultural and historic resource surveys, historic structure reports, Historic American Building Surveys (HABS), and Section 106 evaluations. We can guide you through the planning maze in order to determine what your project requires.

The staff of TKC has written hundreds of historic resource evaluations throughout the state of California. Our reports are thorough and accurate, and most of all, objective. We believe strongly in applying a reasoned and balanced approach to evaluating buildings, and can work with you to determine the best path forward for your project, whether or not the building is historically significant.

TKC is a Bay-Area-based, woman-owned small business. We look forward to partnering with you on your next project!
